2. Submit to the project department:

After receiving the customer's inquiry, the company's sales staff will input the customer's relevant information into the company's ERP system, and submit the relevant information to the project department through the ERP system.

3. Manufacturer's inquiry:

The company’s project department personnel conduct warehouse inspections based on the customer’s valid product information. If there is no stock, contact the manufacturer directly to obtain the manufacturer’s quotation;

4. Customer Quotation:

After obtaining the manufacturer’s quotation by the project department of Nenggong Industrial, the company’s sales staff will provide customers with a quotation at a preferential price;

5. The customer signs a contract:

The customer signs a purchase contract with Nenggong Industrial and pays a 30% deposit;

6. Shipment from the manufacturer:

The manufacturer delivers goods to the company, and the company inspects the goods and re-packs the goods, and the company informs the customer;

7. Shipping customers:

After the customer pays the balance, it will be shipped to the city designated by the customer; an invoice will be provided.
